Eligibility Requirements: Disease surveillance, emergency response, Hepatitis B&C, educational outreach, resource support, safety programs, sexually transmitted testing/treatment and investigation/treatment/management of tuberculosis is for all residence and no criteria needed.
Immunizations provided based on eligibility, please call office for screening: Receiving vaccines from your Primary Healthcare Provider is recommended
