- Provide access to data regarding alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use and misuse, as well as behavioral, and mental and physical health issues related to drug use.
- Drug and alcohol assessments (evaluations) and referrals to services as needed for adults and families
- Education and training programs for professionals, youth, clergy, and teachers.
- Court-Mandated education and alternative activities and presentations which present general tobacco, alcohol, and drug awareness classes to adults and youth.
